Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, we want to make it right. Please contact us at info@newbeautee.com within 7 days of delivery, and include your order number and a brief description of the issue. We will gladly assist you with a replacement or appropriate resolution.
